Some years pass quietly.
Others move everything forward.
2025 was the second kind.
It was a year of decisions, launches, conversations, experiments, and celebrations. A year where innovation met execution—and where growth wasn’t just measured in numbers, but in confidence, capability, and connection.
Here’s a look back at the moments that defined our 2025.
This year, we didn’t just improve our ERP software—we redefined it.
The transition from Synerglass Generation V4 to Generation Symbiose marked a turning point in how our technology evolves. Generation Symbiose introduced a more unified, scalable, and future-ready foundation—designed to adapt as our customers and the industry grow.
It was a bold step forward, and one of our biggest wins of the year.
2025 also marked the launch of Synerstock, our mobile application for stock management.
With Synerstock, stock data moved out of spreadsheets and desktops—and into the hands of users, in real time. The app was built to simplify operations, improve visibility, and support faster decision-making on the move.
This release expanded our ecosystem and reinforced a simple belief:
powerful tools should also be easy to use.
Artificial Intelligence stopped being a concept—and started becoming part of our products.
Through focused investments in R&D, we laid the groundwork for AI-driven capabilities such as:
Intelligent chatbots
Task assistance
Predictive maintenance
These initiatives are shaping how our solutions think, respond, and support users proactively. While this is just the beginning, 2025 was the year we built the foundation for a smarter, more autonomous system.
In 2025, we took concrete steps to strengthen our presence on the international stage. Through participation in major international trade fairs such as GlassBuild America, as well as international commercial missions, we increased our visibility beyond borders and deepened our understanding of global market dynamics.
These missions and fairs provided valuable opportunities to explore new markets, engage with international stakeholders, and reinforce our positioning within the global glass ecosystem. Together, they marked an important milestone in our international development strategy.
Beyond our international outreach, 2025 was also a year of strong engagement within the glass industry itself. We were particularly active as speakers and contributors at key industry events, sharing expertise and perspectives alongside major players in the sector.
Our involvement included speaking roles at the three regional UDTVP meetings and at the Devglass Club meeting, where we took part in high-level discussions on industry challenges, innovation, and future directions. These engagements allowed us to strengthen relationships with associations, processors, glaziers, and equipment manufacturers, while staying closely connected to the realities and evolution of the industry we serve.
In line with the continued execution of our strategy—and particularly our Scalable Growth pillar—we have taken decisive steps to further strengthen our organization. Over the past months, we have evolved our internal structure, clarified roles, and reinforced processes across departments to ensure that our growth is both sustainable and well-governed.
A new technology department was established to consolidate our technical expertise, reinforce platform robustness, and support the acceleration of integrations and long-term scalability.
In parallel, our product department underwent a significant transformation, with the introduction of shared standards and structured working methods. These include functional analysis, business case validation, sprint-based delivery, and a clearer decomposition of features into actionable tickets. This approach has enabled greater alignment, improved prioritization, and enhanced visibility across the roadmap.
Our support department has also evolved, with a stronger focus on efficiency, responsiveness, and close collaboration with product and technology teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Together, these changes reflect a deliberate effort to build a resilient organization capable of supporting both innovation and scale.
At the same time, Symbiose has continued its evolution, moving beyond the boundaries of a traditional software solution to become a more open and connected platform.
This transformation is driven by a platform-oriented vision built on connectivity, APIs, and ecosystem integration. Symbiose now integrates seamlessly with a growing catalog of external applications, including Salesforce, SAGE, GlassAdvisor, among others. In addition, a well-structured and documented API catalog enables customers and partners to easily connect Symbiose to their own tools and systems.
By embracing openness, Symbiose strengthens its ability to adapt to diverse operational environments and positions itself as a central component of our customers’ digital ecosystems.
The evolution of Symbiose has been accompanied by strong customer adoption, with a significant share of our client base now operating on the platform.
Most of these customers have joined the Early Adopter program, and many are also members of the SynerClub. These statuses provide tangible benefits, including privileged access to new functionalities, participation in event-storming sessions, and active involvement in shaping the future of the software. This collaborative approach allows us to continuously refine Symbiose in close alignment with real-world usage and customer expectations.
No year is truly complete without the moments that brought us closer as a team.
From outings and team-building experiences to shared dinners, spontaneous laughter, and unforgettable karaoke sessions, 2025 reminded us that culture is not a side element—it is the foundation of everything we build.
These moments gave us space to connect beyond roles and responsibilities, to better understand one another, and to strengthen the trust that fuels strong collaboration. They helped us recharge, celebrate our diversity, and rediscover the energy that drives us forward, even during challenging times.
Together, we created memories that will stay with us far beyond the year itself—moments that reinforced a powerful truth: beyond projects and deliverables, we are building something meaningful, human, and lasting—together.
Looking back, our wins in 2025 are both tangible and validated:
A transformed core platform
We successfully strengthened and modernized our foundation, improving scalability, reliability, and long-term performance. This transformation set the base for everything that followed.
A new mobile product in the market
We delivered and launched a mobile product that expanded our reach, improved user accessibility, and opened new usage scenarios for our customers.
Meaningful progress in AI integration
AI moved from exploration to real execution, with concrete use cases embedded into our product vision and roadmap, positioning us for accelerated innovation.
Stronger global visibility and partnerships
Our presence beyond local markets increased, leading to higher credibility, new strategic partnerships, and growing recognition across our ecosystem.
We have already entered 2026 with strong momentum. Among the early highlights of the year, we are proud to share our nomination to the Gazelles, recognizing our growth trajectory and market dynamism.
In addition, our entry into two major glass industry associations in Germany and Italy marks an important step in strengthening our European footprint and deepening our engagement within the glass ecosystem.
These achievements underscore the relevance of the strategic choices we have made and reinforce our confidence in the path ahead.
2025 helped shape who we are today.
It challenged us, stretched us, and ultimately moved us forward.
As we step into the future, we do so with stronger technology, deeper industry connections, and a team ready for what’s next.
This was our 2025.
And it’s only the beginning.
